Personal Agent - Zora
A personal AI agent that manages your schedule, tasks and goals to keep your day and your life organized.
1. Text it from your phone
You can use the UI to run workflows, or text your agent over iMessage to schedule tasks on the go.
2. It uses code before AI credits
Coded rules handle what they can, a cheaper model reads what the rules cannot, and larger models are used for real thinking.
3. You approve what goes out
Before Zora sends an email or books a meeting, it texts you to check. One yes covers one action, and it lapses after an hour.
Good morning, Alex.

Zora, a personal agent you text
You are Alex. Zora plans and runs your day, and you reach it by text. Send it four texts and watch the dashboard beside the phone change: four taps, about a minute.
What Zora Does
Zora works like a personal assistant you can text. It keeps your tasks and calendar, sorts your email and drafts the replies, and checks in every morning and evening so nothing slips. Ask it to move a meeting, add a task for Friday or remind you about a call, and it is done before you put the phone down.
It tracks your goals and habits and reviews the week with you on Sunday. It keeps a space for each project and business, saves the links and ideas you send it, and remembers what you tell it about the people in your life. When you want to go deeper, it researches a topic and comes back with a summary.
Everything it knows sits on one dashboard, from today's plan to news, markets and money.
How It Is Built
Zora is a TypeScript program built on Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK, with a Next.js dashboard and one SQLite database. Its tools are grouped into an MCP server that runs inside the program.
Each message is routed by rules first, and a model only when the rules are unsure. Haiku handles routing, email sorting and memory. Sonnet handles conversation, tasks and drafts. The most complex work, the morning trade ideas, goes to Fable, the largest model.
